Laura Kassirer | Co-Founder
Laura is a former 2-time All-American at University of South Carolina, was a world class professional touring tennis player (ranked 120 in the world), and has been a successful entrepreneur for 30+ years (built three companies from the ground up). Laura’s success as a business owner gives her the unique perspective to truly understand both the importance & challenges of finding, hiring, training, and managing staff. With the knowledge she has gained recruiting & staffing for her own companies, Laura places a high value on intangibles, coachability, and growth potential. No company wants to invest time/resources into an employee that cannot perform to your standards and/or does not fit with your team culture.
Rachel Kassirer Troupe | Co-Founder
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Colorado State University and has over six years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and HR. With experience on both the staffing agency side and as a corporate recruiter, Rachel has helped companies find the right candidates across almost every industry, and at all different skill levels. Rachel specializes in building relationships with not only employers, but with job seekers as well in order to gain a deeper understanding of what both parties are searching for. She also is an expert at finding ways to maximize efficiencies in recruiting, onboarding, and training processes.
Emily Dutt | Part-Time Recruiter
Emily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Corporate Communication from Towson University and has over 4 years of experience in Recruiting. She is dedicated to providing a white glove candidate experience while helping individuals find the best possible next step in their career.
